I have only barely begun this up and coming YA book but in two sittings am nearly halfway through it and have stayed up way too late unable to put it down. The first person narratives read as if from neither past nor present and quite possibly the future. The story is unfolding with such subtleness that you dare not look away for fear of missing something. Ballerinas and overlapping juvenile criminals are the main characters whose stories seem to be comprised of three young women, none of whom are innocent and two very well may already be deceased, albeit their voices are in the now. I am always so relieved and intrigued to pick up a YA book or any novel for that matter that is telling a story that I have never imagined or heard before. ~Jesica
