I've lived in Moscow since 1989. It is a warm, welcoming community with lots to offer, including this wonderful independent bookstore. Starting in 2019, following my careers in librarianship and K-12 education, I was blessed with my dream job as Bookseller here at BookPeople of Moscow. As a little child, I loved, and still love, picture books written in rhyme. As I grew older, I discovered the joys of mystery novels like Nancy Drew. Now, I'm drawn to non-fiction books focusing on self-help and nutrition for enrichment, mysteries for always having a resolution at the end, and light reads with characters who experience life changing, redemptive events in their stories that bring about satisfying endings.
