Alice Finch | Author & Award-Winning Lego Artist

Please join us for a book signing with renowned LEGO builder Alice Finch. Finch is a contributing writer in LEGO Awesome Ideas and 365 Things to Do with LEGO Bricks. She is known for her large scale models. Her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, Wired, NPR, and The Seattle Times.

The book signing is also the kick-off to this year’s Eureka! Palouse LEGO Big Build with an afternoon master class at Eureka! Palouse Tinkering and Tutoring Center. Kids ages 6-18 are eligible to sign up for the build. Visit www.eurekapalouse.org for more information or to register.

Finch started building with LEGO when her older son needed a building companion and she quickly realized that building isn't just for little kids. Her first model of Hogwarts Castle was inspired by J.K. Rowling’s “Harry Potter” series and over 400,000 bricks. She continues to build models both great and small. Her work has been published in several books and she is a featured builder in the documentary, A LEGO Brickumentary.
