About the Author
Named Clothing is a Finnish indie fashion label initiated in August 2013 by sisters and designers Saara and Laura Huhta. They now launch two eagerly anticipated collections a year, with the aim of bringing a new perspective to making your own clothes and supporting ethical and ecological concerns in reaction to the fast fashion industry. The brand's popularity has grown over the four years as they have solidly established themselves within the dressmaking community. Their first book Breaking the Pattern was published by Quadrille in 2018.
