About the Author
Stacy Bettencourt is a quilling artist with a world-wide following. Over the last few years, her body of work and her quilling group, Contemporary Quilling, have made their mark on the global quilling community. Stacy is perhaps best known for her viral Original Scrollwork Cat design, as well as several prominent pieces of art, including Hear Me Roar, her multi-layered quilled lion, and Rising Phoenix, her quilled fire bird.
